Business intelligence software is widely used in various companies for better analytical approach. Business intelligence softwares are in fact good way to generate the analytics but it is not so easy as it seems. On each and every step we face implementations issues and we have to resolve the same. The first problem arises when we select the business intelligence software. Sometimes it becomes difficult to define the exact need of the company with respect to the business intelligence software. We have to consider all the variables about company needs and also future growth needs. In big companies this becomes more difficult because the inventory used by them is so large to summarize and to define the exact nature of the business intelligence software. Second problem faced is based on the existing system used by the company. Mostly companies are using any sort of erp system to resolve the current need. When they use the older version of the system people might use the very old configuration of the machines like computer and the people to get the results do several manipulations. When we implement business intelligent software this manual change creates the problem and data we get cannot provide appropriate results. Third problem faced in business intelligence software implementation is the people who were working on the old system gets habitual of the same. It is very difficult that the business intelligence software is user friendly for all the users. Since people are happy with the old system their interest to learn the new system becomes a hurdle. If some people even want to learn the system it may be difficult for them in case of aged people. There are so many other factors, which are faced during business intelligence implementations, but all issues sorted out if we select appropriate business intelligence software. The reason behind this is that suitable business intelligence software system fulfills the need of the organization but also takes care of the level of employees which are suppose to use the whole system.
